Some guidelines for
completion:
The Project manager will discuss Team Performance each Week in class with Team (Group) and keep an ongoing record of Member contribution.
A final copy showing the last four weeks activity will be submitted with the Written Report and this will satisfy the “Team Member” form requirement near the end of the Marking sheet.
Each Team Member should be aware and agree to their score on the sheet. It is the Team Member’s responsibility to ask what their rating was each week if they do not attend class.
The team can assess absent Members contribution based on forms submitted during the week and any other contributions.
The Team and the Project Manager set the marking standard as to what is acceptable. The marking scale can be whatever the Group agrees on and understands. It must be realistic.
If the Report shows high scores and the work produced is not consistent it may impact the marks for the entire group and the project.
Professor may request a weekly completed copy for his records during the semester - this can be a copy of the Project Manager’s record for that week.
