Hiking in the mountians in the Logan area of Utah. Garth and I were close to 10,000 feet at the summit of Logan peak. The hike took us 7 hours and was "extreme" going for about half the journey. Even the dogs, Tyric and Tucker, who are bred for cattle herding, displayed signs of fatigue. However, an eventual dip in a mountian stream brought them right back to their full energy levels.
Half way up to the peak. This is looking down on Leisham Hollow. One can walk through the canyons seen in the distance. | |
