Cathy came up with the idea of collecting losing lottery tickets for about a year, and stitching them onto her clothing and wearing a big hat with the words , "Loser" on the band. So Fred had to come up with an idea. His hatband says, "Winner', and he is covered in $20, $50 and $100 bills. It is illegal to photocopy money in its original size. We both shared the first prize.
