The key point of this question is whether you could layout a diagram similar to the above with the Summary tasks at the first level.  They are the letters with zero times.  If you went below the three levels you weren’t penalized unless the diagram became totally unlike a WBS.

  The book shows bullet point instead of boxes on P. 117. and only two Summary tasks. Based on the information you received in the above task list you were able to make up a WBS accordingly. The book indicates there are a variety of ways this information can be presented. We will use the above format in the exams so we have a consistent standard.

Note in the book most of the WBS diagrams look like ours. I dont know why they changed P. 117.

Now try laying out the Network diagram using the Predecessors given above. That is all you need. Remember don't include the Summary tasks on the Network diagram.
